Electrical & Batteries at your place.
Dead every morning, dim lights, a car that cranks but won't catch, or a gremlin nobody can find. Electrical is where diagnostics earns its keep.

How Jay handles it
Half the batteries sold in this country get sold to people whose battery was fine. A car that's dead every morning usually has a parasitic draw — something staying awake after you lock it — and a new battery just gives the drain a fresh one to kill.
Jay tests the charging system and measures the draw with a meter before selling you anything. Sometimes it's a battery. Sometimes it's a $6 relay that's been costing somebody $180 a year.
What’s covered
- Batteries, terminals and cables
- Alternators and charging system testing
- Starters and starter circuits
- Parasitic draw testing — finding what's killing the battery overnight
- Wiring repair, grounds, fuses and relays

Electrical & Batteries questions people actually ask
Can you replace a battery or alternator at my house?
Yes, both. Jay carries the tools and can source the part, and he'll test the whole charging system first so you're not replacing a good alternator.
Why does my car keep dying overnight?
Usually a parasitic draw — a module or accessory that isn't going to sleep. It takes a meter and some patience to isolate, and it's one of the most satisfying things to actually find.
My car clicks but won't start. Battery or starter?
Could be either, plus cables or grounds. A five-minute voltage-drop test on site tells you which, and it's a lot cheaper than replacing both.
